She is also a mom of 3 boys and after going through her own struggles with pelvic floor dysfunction following childbirth, Kristin has a unique passion for helping pregnant and postpartum women with prevention, wellness, and recovery.

She is eager to educate women and be sure you know that 1. you are not alone and 2. there is help available for your prenatal and postpartum concerns.

A women’s body goes through so many changes during pregnancy and childbirth. It can be intimidating trying to navigate those changes on your own.
